The level 3 management apprenticeship is designed to create a more qualified and better trained workforce.
The programme will develop an individual’s skills in providing direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. It will also develop their interpersonal and performance management competencies, so that they can manage a team more effectively.
Training is delivered over 18 months at four to six weekly intervals to enable delegates to embed their learning through assignments and work practice.
Delegates will get the opportunity to gather evidence for their assessment portfolio, which will be assessed throughout the programme.
Who Should Attend?
This programme is ideal for individuals leading teams with some management responsibilities, such as, supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects or planning and monitoring workloads and resources. Individuals could also be responsible for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, or building work relationships with colleagues at the same level of above.
Delegates undertaking this course will likely have job titles like Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.
