These qualifications have been developed for people delivering advice and guidance to clients. They are competence based, assessed in the workplace and require delegates to produce a portfolio of work. Work place observations are a key part of building evidence of competence.
These courses are designed to enable practitioners to review and evaluate their practice. It will enable a review of organisational processes if required. The course will also support staff members to develop underlying knowledge within their practice and support development of competence.
This course can be tailored to meet the needs of our clients as there are a range of optional units that can be selected.
Who Should Attend?
Level 3 is suitable for people working with clients in a range of sectors including Careers, Recruitment and Welfare.
Level 4 is suitable for people delivering specialist in depth advice and guidance who independently manage a caseload.
Delegates need to be in a role where they are working on a daily basis with clients and providing support.
