Description:

What is the programme about?

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management gives a broad understanding of leadership principles through eight modules, which include developing yourself, creating a high performing team, getting the best out of people and maximising materials. We bring in guest speakers and there will be optional industry visits to showcase best practice. You can study on a part-time basis over a year to gain your level 3 qualification.

Why should I do it?

You will gain a range of management skills that you can put into practice in your own role. By building your own leadership capabilities you will be able to motivate and engage teams and manage relationships more confidently.

Why would my employer want me to do it?

Your employer will get measureable results as you are assessed while you study, and the results can easily be transferred into your job role.
