New national engineering college shows Doncaster is on the right track

Doncaster is to become the home of the new National High Speed Rail College.

Boom times beckon for the rail and engineering sector in Yorkshire and the North of England following the Government announcement today (30 September) that the elite training and research centre will based at two locations - Doncaster and Birmingham.

Last week 35 of our new apprentices visited the Bosch Rexroth Lean Factory.

Bosch Rexroth travel around the country with their Lean Factory giving workshops to engineers and manufacturers.

The AMRC Training Centre was officially opened on the 16th of October by HRH the Duke of York, KG. An integral part of the success of the day was down to the hard work of our very own business and administration apprentices who handled all front of house duties on the day.
